Our cacao is fermented for less time than typical cacao beans, which makes for a much smoother flavour, avoiding the typical bitterness associated with raw cacao.

How to Prepare
Daily dose: 15–30g of cacao
Ceremonial dose: 40-60g of cacao
Blend into hot (not boiling) water, add milk of choice and blend together. (Optional) Add cinnamon, vanilla, or natural sweetener to taste. For a smooth, foamy drink, blend well with a hand blender.
