At BUTTER UP Coffee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
