SHORT HISTORY: The estate was created in the 1850s. The name comes from the word ‘Mirador’ because it is located on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Bassin de Thau and the Saint Clair mountains. Joseph Albajan was born into winemaking and bought the estate off former owners in 1988. To date, the estate operates 30 hectares of vineyards, for a yearly production of about 2000 hectoliters. The cellar was renovated between 2003 and 2009.

(MICRO)CLIMATE: Mediterranean

TERROIR: Clayey limestone mix on south-facing terraces with the vines between 30-100 years old.
