We have partnered with award winning hot sauce producer Lazy Scientist to create a unique spin on a traditional hot pepper sauce.
A simple but effective formula fermented with great care that took months of tweaking to perfect.
This sauce is pretty damn hot, packed with punch and flavour on initial taste with pleasant medium roasted coffee undertone throughout.
Process
This sauce was fermented with ground coffee, garlic, turmeric & horseradish as part of the initial mash, with a hint of espresso added at the end
